Photo of the day: Lupines of light II

One thing I love about lupine is the way it looks in the light. The dark petals turn lighter once the individual flowers have been pollinated, and because they're translucent, they capture the light and seem to glow from within. Set in a field of such glowing flowers, with light on every surface and beautiful bokeh in the background, this makes for an extraordinary image on camera.
