Photo of the day: The underside of green
I spotted these beautiful ferns, backlit by a cloudy sky, as I was deep in the brush hunting for a geocache in Albany, Oregon. As soon as I found the cache and signed the log, I put down my GPS unit and picked up my camera. I love the color and the sharp definition in these leaves, combined with the beautiful soft green bokeh in the background.
