The finest thing a photographer can do is to capture a mood, and "FoxLine" does so better than most photographers I've seen. As with most good photographers, it's hard to choose my favorite among her pictures. I was tempted by this one, a contemplative portrait in blue; or this one, a beautiful outdoor portrait in black and white. But I kept coming back to this one, for its raw emotion; I love the frank pose and expression, looking directly into the camera, which says, here I am, this is me, take it or leave it. I'd love to know how she manipulated the color in the image, because the monochromatic brown pallet gives the photo an extra power.
