In contrast to some of our younger guest photographers, Scott Morgan is clearly a wise and experienced photographer, and his images, by and large, are
perfectly crafted,
absolutely gorgeous, and totally non-spontaneous. This photo is a wonderful exception, and I was immediately drawn to it: an image from a christening, clearly unposed, just a moment captured on film that speaks immense volumes about its context without showing any more than two hands reaching across a pool of light to touch one another.
